Location: Houston, TX
Assignment Type: Contract to hire
Compensation: $25 - $26 / hour
Work Schedule: M-F 7:30a- - 4:30p

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Billing Specialist with a strong background in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and processing accurate and timely invoices in accordance with project contracts, ensuring compliance with industry-specific billing requirements such as AIA (American Institute of Architects) billing, progress billing, and lien waivers.
This role plays a critical part in the financial cycle, supporting both project managers and accounting personnel to maintain consistent cash flow and accurate project accounting.
Responsibilities:
· High volume invoicing
· Project billing
· AIA billing
Requirements:
· Must have construction industry experience
· SAGE 300
