Job Skills & Requirements TITLE: Billing Specialist Job Objective: Billing Specialist generates bills and invoices specific to customer accounts, delivers invoices to clients via digital and traditional mail services, processes all payment using various pay services, reconciles all payment with account, sends delinquent accounts to the collections department, generates monthly and quarterly reports, delegates duties when necessary to subordinate staff, and Utilizes accounting software to identify outstanding accounts.
