Billing Manager Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years in healthcare billing, revenue cycle management, or related areas, with leadership experience overseeing a team of 20+ staff.
• Hands-on knowledge of billing workflows, claim processing, denials, and accounts receivable management.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, macros, and data analysis.
• Experience with practice management software, especially Medent and Raintree.
• Familiarity with reporting tools like Power BI and system integration for data extraction.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data validation and reporting accuracy.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Healthcare experience is required.

• Oversee the entire billing cycle-charge entry, claim submission, payment posting, managing denials, and accounts receivable follow-up.
• Address complex billing issues, including denied claims and payment discrepancies, to ensure timely collections.
• Lead, train, evaluate, and mentor billing team members to foster continuous improvement.
• Develop and execute strategies to boost team productivity, accuracy, and revenue generation.
• Generate, analyze, and distribute comprehensive reports and dashboards to monitor financial and operational metrics.
• Validate data accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and optimize reporting processes using SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook.
• Partner with clinical and administrative leaders to improve patient satisfaction and operational workflows.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously within a dynamic healthcare setting.
