Position: Billing Intern

Department: Finance

Reporting to: Billing Manager

Location: Topeka, KS - Onsite

Overview:

Are you interested in finance, wealth management and communication? Do you enjoy getting into the details and working in Excel? This role might be for you! We are looking for an intern to join our billing team. In this internship, you'll learn the Orion billing system, organize documents, and assist the team with special projects.

What you'll do:

• Data Entry into the Orion billing system
• Assist with uploading documents from Dropbox to AE Command
• Miscellaneous spreadsheets as time allows and as directed
• Other duties as assigned

Experience you'll bring:

• High School diploma
• PC knowledge including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and ability to learn other systems as necessary
• Ability to participate effectively as a team member
• Ability to take initiative
• Detail oriented, motivated, dependable and quality oriented
• Professional approach and appearance
