Billing Follow-Up Associate (Remote | Sacramento Metro Area)
Keep the cash flowing and claims moving! We’re looking for a detail-driven Billing Follow-Up Associate to join our team remotely while supporting operations in the Sacramento metropolitan area.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Day Shift)
Pay: $700/week
What You’ll Do:
Follow up on outstanding claims and unpaid invoices
Communicate with insurance providers and clients to resolve billing issues
Review accounts for accuracy and ensure timely payments
Maintain clear documentation and status updates
What We’re Looking For:
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Experience in billing, collections, or healthcare revenue cycle (preferred)
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
