This is a temp-to-perm billing-focused role supporting a fast-paced professional services environment. The position offers hands-on responsibility across the full billing cycle with strong visibility to senior stakeholders.

Description

  • Manage the full billing cycle, including invoice preparation, edits, submissions, and follow-up
  • Maintain and analyse unbilled inventory to ensure timely and accurate billing
  • Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to internal and external billing enquiries
  • Partner closely with lawyers and internal teams to meet strict deadlines
  • Utilise time and billing systems such as 3E, Elite, or Aderant
  • Ensure compliance with firm policies and client-specific billing guidelines

Profile

A successful Billing Coordinator (Temp) should have:

  • A proactive attitude with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.Minimum of two years' experience in a professional services environment
  • Proven hands-on experience with time and billing systems (3E, Elite, or Aderant)
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Confident communicator able to liaise directly with lawyers and senior stakeholders
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and capable of managing competing priorities
  • Team-oriented with strong customer service skills and professional maturity
