Requirements:
- Strong Excel Proficiency - Excel Score of 90% or above
- EDI Invoice Submission experience
- Billing Experience
- Transport Management Company Experience
- Freight or Fuel Company Experience
- Professionalism
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Attention to detail

Job Duties:
- Support billing and invoicing processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Review financial data to ensure correct charges and documentation
- Assist with new billing workflows and evolving financial procedures
- Communicate clearly with internal teams to resolve billing questions or discrepancies
- Apply problem-solving skills to identify and correct billing issues
- Maintain organized records and support audit-ready documentation
- Contribute to continuous improvement within billing and finance operations
