The local law firm of Clarke, Dolph, Hull & Brunick, PLC is seeking a detail‑oriented Billing Clerk Assistant to add to our team.This position will be responsible for a variety of assigned tasks that assist the billing department. Responsibilities include:Data entryOpening and closing new client filesPayment processingInvoice preparation and submissionInvoice appeals and outstanding balance follow‑up (Accounts Receivable)Additional tasks may include scanning documents, mail handling, answering phones and greeting clients as needed.A good candidate will be reliable, well‑organized, and willing to learn. Candidates must be computer literate with practical knowledge of MS Office.
