Responsibilities:- Process and prepare invoices, billing statements, and payment records accurately and on time
- Review and verify billing data for completeness and accuracy before submission
- Respond to client and internal billing inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve outstanding account issues
- Maintain and update client account information in billing systems
- Assist with accounts receivable tracking and follow up on outstanding balances
- Generate billing reports and support month-end closing processes
Requirements:- 1+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related administrative finance role
- Proficiency in billing software, accounting systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in accounting or business preferred
