- Experience: A minimum of four years of hands-on medical billing and coding experience.

- Ensure accurate coding of services, procedures, diagnoses, and treatments.
- Manage the submission of electronic and paper claims to all major insurance companies, including Medicaid.
- Post insurance and patient payments accurately and efficiently.
- Investigate and resolve denied or underpaid claims through diligent follow-up with insurance providers.
- Maintain healthy revenue cycles by managing aged accounts receivable reports.
- Assist patients with billing inquiries, explain financial responsibilities, and establish payment plans.
