Bilingual Warehouse Supervisor

Supervises day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring product is received, stored, picked, packaged and dispatched according to company standards.

This role requires a proven leader with strong operational expertise, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a passion for driving results through people and process excellence.

The Warehouse Supervisor will play a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency, inventory integrity, and team engagement while delivering key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned to business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and motivate a team to execute daily warehouse operations, including receiving, assembly, packing, and shipping.
• Partner with warehouse leadership to establish and implement best-in-class operational standards, procedures, and workflows.
• Coordinate warehouse execution with Transportation and Procurement teams to ensure timely release and flow of product.
• Monitor and manage performance across multiple KPIs, including productivity, accuracy, safety, and service levels.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through effective control processes, cycle counts, and audit execution.
• Identify operational challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, service reliability and reduce costs.
• Oversee shipping and loading activities to ensure compliance with established standards and customer requirements.
• Support staffing, training, and development of team members to build a high-performing and engaged workforce.
• Maintain compliance with all safety standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage warehouse supplies and support materials to ensure operational readiness.
• Other duties based on business needs.

• Qualifications

  • 4+ years of warehouse or distribution leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and drive performance in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience managing KPIs and delivering results against operational targets
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred to support a diverse workforce)
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across all levels
