Bilingual Warehouse Shift Lead

 Location: The Colony, TX
Starting Pay: $17/hour + Overtime Opportunities

Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Occasional Saturdays + Overtime Available
 

We are seeking a Bilingual Shift Lead to support daily warehouse operations, lead team members, and ensure productivity and safety standards are met. This is a hands-on leadership role—ideal for someone who leads by example and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Lead and support warehouse team during daily operations
• Operate cherry picker and assist with order picking
• Load, unload, and move heavy materials
• Ensure productivity, accuracy, and safety standards are met
• Train and assist team members as needed
• Communicate effectively with staff and management

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) REQUIRED
• Cherry picker experience PLUS
• Experience with shipping & receiving
• Basic computer skills (inventory systems, data entry, etc.)
• Ability to lift heavy materials consistently
• Previous warehouse or leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
