A bit about us:

We are a Texas-based, established business law firm with a full array of corporate legal services for companies of all sizes across the Greater Houston and Bryan/College Station areas. Situated in the heart of Texas's energy corridor, our attorneys serve local, regional, national, and global clients on commercial transactions, energy matters, and business litigation, bringing the sophistication of a big firm with the accessibility and practicality clients value most. We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) transactional attorney to support our growing roster of domestic and international clients.

Why join us?

We offer a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance for attorneys and staff, along with a collegial firm culture and regular networking and community events.

Here, you will manage transactions from offer through closing — with real client contact and ownership from day one. Your Spanish fluency is central to our cross-border and energy practice, not an afterthought, and it's rewarded accordingly. You'll build a broad, marketable transactional skill within a collegial, deal-maker culture that values practical solutions and work-life balance
