Bilingual Support Assistant (Spanish/English)
HireCall is seeking a Bilingual Support Assistant to join one of our valued clients. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced office environment, and has excellent customer service and administrative skills. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, compassionate, and fluent in both English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
Assist families by interpreting and translating documents and services in both English and Spanish.
Collect, organize, and file documents while maintaining accurate records.
Provide exceptional customer service both over the phone and in person.
Communicate verbal and written information clearly while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Explain available programs and referral resources, including application instructions.
Ask clarifying questions and accurately document client information in electronic data systems.
Determine family eligibility based on established program requirements.
Perform data entry with a high degree of accuracy.
Complete additional administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Fluent in Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking) required.
Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or a related office environment.
Strong data entry, organizational, and communication skills.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and data entry.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Must maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
Friendly, professional, dependable, and able to build positive relationships with clients.
