We are currently seeking a dedicated Bilingual Store Manager for our Conroe location to lead a dynamic team, drive store performance, and deliver exceptional customer service while aligning with Blufox Mobile's mission of growth and operational excellence in the telecommunications industry.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage daily store operations to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
  • Recruit, train, and develop store staff ensuring high levels of customer service and product knowledge.
  • Maintain a positive and motivating work environment that aligns with Blufox Mobile’s customer-focused culture.
  • Implement company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Analyze sales data and key performance indicators to make informed decisions and improve store performance.
  • Manage inventory levels, merchandising, and store presentation to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, resolving issues and fostering strong customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Spanish to effectively communicate with diverse customers and team members.
  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the telecommunications or related industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and use it to drive sales and operational improvements.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
