Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Data Specialist
Location: Warehouse Operations
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday Friday, 6:00 AM 4:30 PM (Full-Time)

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Data Specialist to manage inventory paperwork, route shipments, and assist with physical order fulfillment. This role balances computer-based data entry with hands-on warehouse tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Order Management: Print weekly warehouse order reports and daily pull sheets.
Inventory Control: Check physical stock levels to verify product availability.
Order Fulfillment: Safely pull and prepare warehouse orders with team assistance.
Logistics Data: Route shipments, print shipping labels, and prepare final paperwork.
System Updates: Submit Advanced Shipping Notices (ASNs) immediately after product dispatch. [1]
Job Requirements
Equipment: Certified operation of a stand-up forklift is required.
Language: Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
PPE: Must wear steel-toe boots at all times on the warehouse floor.
Screening: Must pass a background check and a drug test prior to hiring.
