Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls from members regarding account questions, loans, and cards
- Help with balances, transfers, and payments
- Resolve issues and research account discrepancies
- Recommend products and services that fit member needs

Position Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); plus one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent member service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work rotating Saturdays
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) speaking candidates are preferred
