We are seeking a Bilingual Spanish Customer Support Representative to provide exceptional service for vehicle roadside assistance and towing.
Supporting customers via calls, emails, SMS, and chat, you will coordinate assistance, resolve issues, and document interactions.
The role requires a high school diploma, bilingual fluency in Spanish and English, and at least one year of customer service experience. Preferred experience includes roadside dispatching or emergency response.
