A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative in Jacksonville, FL. The Customer Service Representative will be working for a major financial institution and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

Compensation:
• The pay for this position is $26.00 per hour - biweekly pay
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available to full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Highlights:
• This position is a contract assignment with potential for long-term career growth
• Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Various 1st and 2nd shift schedules available after training
• Bilingual Spanish required

Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound customer calls regarding banking products, credit cards, lending, checking, and savings accounts
• Identify customer financial needs and recommend appropriate products and services
• Provide excellent customer service while resolving client concerns and inquiries
• Build rapport with customers through active listening and effective communication
• Assist with upselling, cross-selling, and referrals to additional banking services
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow compliance and risk management procedures
• Work in a fast-paced call center environment while meeting performance goals
• Adapt to changing technology, procedures, and business needs

Requirements:
• Bilingual Spanish required
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 2 years of customer service, call center, banking, or sales experience preferred
• Strong computer and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Comfortable working weekends and holidays as needed
• Ability to work in a team environment and receive ongoing coaching and feedback

Preferred Qualifications:
• Banking or financial services experience
• Inbound/outbound call center experience
• Sales, upselling, or cross-selling experience
• Personal banker or high-volume customer support experience
