Pulse Staffing is seeking a compassionate and reliable Bilingual Spanish-speaking CNA for a private duty assignment. In this role, you will provide one-on-one care to a patient in the home, ensuring comfort, safety, and quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Maintain a clean and safe home environment
- Communicate effectively with patient and family in Spanish and English
- Observe and report changes in patient condition
