Bilingual Spanish Call Center Telephone Banker Compensation

  • The pay for this position is $26.00 – $28.00 per hour
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Bilingual Spanish Call Center Telephone Banker Highlights

  • This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
  • T he required availability for this position is Full-time onsite in Jacksonville, FL with various 1st and 2nd shift schedules available after training. Training schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM starting July 6, 2026. Must be able to work weekends and holidays as required.

Bilingual Spanish Call Center Telephone Banker Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls assisting clients with credit, lending, and general banking needs
  • Identify customer financial needs through active listening and probing questions
  • Recommend and sell banking products including credit cards, checking/savings accounts, and lending solutions
  • Cross-sell and upsell financial products while maintaining compliance and risk standards
  • Provide clear, accurate, and empathetic communication using plain language
  • Build, deepen, and retain client relationships
  • Make referrals to appropriate banking partners when needed
  • Manage transactions in accordance with risk and regulatory guidelines
  • Deliver a high-quality client experience on every interaction

Bilingual Spanish Call Center Telephone Banker Requirements

  • Must be bilingual Spanish (required)
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in call center, banking, or sales environment
  • Intermediate computer proficiency
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Ability to receive coaching and performance feedback
  • Must be flexible to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days

Bilingual Spanish Call Center Telephone Banker Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in banking or financial services
  • Experience in inbound or outbound contact center (phone/chat/video)
  • Sales experience including upselling, cross-selling, or referrals
  • Personal Banker or high-volume client service experience
  • Experience supporting card services or lending products
