We’re looking for someone who knows how to sell honestly, communicate clearly, keep customers happy, and keep the shop moving efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Greet customers and manage vehicle check-ins
- Build estimates and repair orders
- Recommend needed maintenance and repairs
- Communicate with technicians throughout the repair process
- Follow up with customers by phone, text, and email
- Secure approvals and close sales professionally
- Schedule appointments and manage workflow
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 8 years of automotive Service Advisor experience
- Fluent Spanish speaking skills REQUIRED
- Strong sales and estimating ability
- Experience in independent or dealership environments
- Comfortable using shop management software
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Organized, professional, and dependable
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred Experience:
- Tekmetric experience
- ASE certifications or additional training
- Leadership or lead advisor background
