The organization is seeking an experienced and bilingual Senior HR Generalist to support its production site on Long Island. Acting as the dedicated HR Business Partner for the facility, this individual will oversee all aspects of human resources, playing a key role in maintaining a safe, compliant, and engaging workplace.
The ideal candidate brings strong, hands-on HR experience supporting hourly workforces, either within manufacturing or similar fast-paced environments such as retail, distribution, or hospitality.
This position is fully onsite in Suffolk County, NY. Candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
