Our client is a fast-growing manufacturing company that serves a variety of sectors like food and beverage, chemicals, consumer goods, personal care, nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and technology.

The organization is seeking an experienced and bilingual Senior HR Generalist to support its production site on Long Island. Acting as the dedicated HR Business Partner for the facility, this individual will oversee all aspects of human resources, playing a key role in maintaining a safe, compliant, and engaging workplace.

The ideal candidate brings strong, hands-on HR experience supporting hourly workforces, either within manufacturing or similar fast-paced environments such as retail, distribution, or hospitality.

This position is fully onsite in Suffolk County, NY. Candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish.

Description

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals and compliance standards.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention strategies to support workforce growth in Franklin.
• Administer employee benefits programs and address inquiries to ensure satisfaction and understanding.
• Provide guidance to management on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Coordinate and lead training programs to foster employee development and enhance workplace skills.
• Manage HR records and systems to ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support safety initiatives and ensure workplace safety standards are upheld in the industrial/manufacturing environment.

Profile

A successful Senior HR Generalist should have:

• Strong knowledge of human resources practices, including recruitment, compliance, and employee relations.
• Experience in the industrial/manufacturing industry is a plus.
