Position Overview
Katy Honda is seeking a Bilingual Sales Representative (Vietnamese/English) to deliver an exceptional customer purchasing experience and support a diverse customer base throughout the vehicle sales process.
Compensation
This position is commission-based, with earnings driven by individual performance. Compensation may include a base draw and commission structure, with opportunities for additional incentives based on sales results. Pay plans are discussed in detail during the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide professional product presentations
- Assist customers through the full sales process, including test drives and vehicle delivery
- Support Vietnamese- and English-speaking customers effectively
- Develop new business and maintain customer relationships
- Utilize CRM tools for follow-up and documentation
Qualifications
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English required
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a performance-driven environment
