Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Sales Assistant/Coordinator to support our International Sales team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating projects, assisting with customer communications, organizing business travel, and supporting business development initiatives.

Location: Plantation, FL
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $23.00 – $24.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support international trade shows, including event materials and logistics.
  • Arrange business travel, including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries.
  • Prepare agendas and schedules for customer visits, trade shows, and business trips.
  • Follow up with leads generated from trade shows and maintain accurate records in the company database.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities using company databases, websites, chambers of commerce, and other external resources.
  • Qualify new leads by answering questions regarding products, packaging, lead times, and general product information before transferring qualified prospects to the Business Development team.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and other business documents.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure projects and documentation remain current.
  • Support new product launches by coordinating with the Research & Development team.
  • Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to management.
  • Assist with special projects within the International Sales Department.
  • Perform additional administrative and sales support duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Associate's or bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support, sales coordination, administrative support, or a related role.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
