About the Opportunity

Bloom Talent Solutions is partnering with a premier commercial landscaping platform seeking an experienced HR Corporate Recruiter to support continued growth across multiple markets.

Role Overview

As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a critical role in attracting, assessing, and hiring talent for both corporate and hourly positions. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partner closely with hiring managers, improve recruiting strategies, and help create a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through onboarding
• Handle 15 to 20 open requisitions at a time
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates
• Partner with hiring managers to refine job requirements and recruiting strategies
• Use LinkedIn and other sourcing tools to proactively identify talent
• Track and report on recruiting metrics
• Build and maintain pipelines for future hiring needs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 4 to 6 years of corporate and hourly recruiting experience
• Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices and sourcing strategies
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ADP recruiting, ATS platforms, and other sourcing tools
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with leadership
• Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel 25% to 40% of the time
• Ability to work on-site when not traveling
• Must be bilingual

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary of $75,000 to $90,000
