Job Responsibilities
Recruit, interview, and place qualified candidates for light industrial and skilled labor positions
Source candidates using ** Zip Recruiter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, referrals, and other recruiting platforms**
Create and post engaging job advertisements
Conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews
Complete onboarding and new hire paperwork
Perform employee check-ins and attendance follow-ups
Conduct client visits and maintain strong customer relationships
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity
Meet weekly recruiting and placement goals
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and employees
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of recruiting experience
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
Experience using XIP Recruiter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing tools
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Professional demeanor and strong organizational skills
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and willingness to travel locally for client visits and employee check-ins
Staffing industry experience preferred
