Bilingual Recruiter
$25–27/hr | Fully On-Site | East Windsor, CT | Temp to Hire

We're seeking a Bilingual HR Recruiter (English/Spanish) to manage full-cycle hiring and support a seamless candidate experience. You'll partner closely with hiring managers across departments to identify and secure top talent.

Responsibilities
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding
  • Source active and passive candidates via bilingual job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Conduct phone screens and interviews in both languages, assessing skills, proficiency, and cultural fit
  • Facilitate new hire orientations and prepare employment documents in English and Spanish
  • Represent the company at job fairs, university events, and networking sessions
  • Maintain HRMS records and report on key metrics (e.g., time-to-hire)

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field is strongly preferred
  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
  • Full fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal) required
  • Proficiency with Indeed, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Working knowledge of applicable labor laws and employment regulations
