Bilingual Recruiter
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Recruiter to join our team in Nasville. As a Bilingual Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and recruiting bilingual candidates to meet our staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract bilingual talent
- Conduct interviews in multiple languages to assess candidates' language proficiency
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements
- Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to identify and engage with potential candidates
- Manage candidate relationships and provide a positive experience throughout the recruitment process
- Coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a bilingual capacity in Spanish
- Fluency in English and at least one other language
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws
