Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls on the main line, transfer to appropriate team members, and handle solicitor calls professionally
Manage office supply inventory and place orders as needed
Keep snack areas stocked and organized
Perform general administrative duties to support office operations
Represent company with professionalism and warmth as the first point of contact for visitors and callers
Qualifications:
Previous front desk, administrative, or office support experience required
Bilingual in Spanish required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Friendly, approachable demeanor with a customer-service mindset
Job Details:
Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
Employment Type: 3-4 month contract
Compensation: $20-23/hr.
Location: Lewisville, TX 75057
