A leading supplier of structural building products and services is seeking a Bilingual Production Line Worker to support assembly operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and safety-conscious individual with basic knowledge of material handling, assisting with production flow, and participating in the assembly of doors as part of a team.

Location: Houston, TX 77086
Type of Position: Temp-to-Hire
Schedule: 6:00am-2:30/4:30 pm M-F (hours may vary daily based on business needs)
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload doors onto carts and transport materials to the production line.
- Pull and stock doors and components for assembly operations.
- Assist in maintaining workflow and keeping the production line supplied.
- Work as part of a team to assemble doors after initial training period.
- Operate basic tools and equipment, including nail guns (after 30 days).
- Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area.
- Perform other duties may be assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. consistently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
- Willingness to learn assembly processes and use hand/power tools
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work flexible hours based on production needs
- May be required to perform specific tasks that involve climbing, lifting, pushing, or kneeling
