Duties and skills include
- All aspects of pre-litigation, experience with motor vehicle and slip and fall cases
- Familiarity with bodily injury, UM/UIM claims
- Requesting PIP files and medical records
- Excellent secretarial and clerical skills
- Organized, self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Attention to detail
- Oral and written communication skills are a must
- Familiarity with Medical terminology and medical records
REQUIREMENTS: 1+ years PRIOR PRE-LITIGATION PERSONAL INJURY LEGAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED (PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF 1+ YEARS REQUIREMENT IS NOT MET)
