We are looking for a motivated, passionate, hard-working individual to become our new Personal Assistant to the CEO.

We’re located in Morris Plains, New Jersey.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and motivated individual to become our new Personal Assistant to the CEO. This is a fully on-site position at our office in Morris Plains, New Jersey.

The ideal candidate will act as the CEO's right hand, managing both professional high-level operations and essential personal logistics. You must be a skilled professional with exceptional organizational abilities, capable of handling sensitive information with absolute discretion in a fast-paced legal environment.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant, preferably in a legal or corporate environment.

• Bilingual Mastery: Native or professional fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory for translation and communication tasks.
• On-Site Availability: This is a 100% on-site role in Morris Plains, NJ; candidates must also be available for occasional travel as needed.
• Technical Proficiency: High command of Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Slack).
• Discretion: A high level of professionalism and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

What You’ll Do

• Executive Support: Manage and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings, appointments, and court dates.
• Communication Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including clients and partners.
• Document Management: Draft, proofread, and translate emails, reports, and legal documents in both English and Spanish.
• Personal Assistance: Manage the CEO’s personal tasks, including coordinating errands, medical appointments, household services, and personal reservations.
• Travel Coordination: Arrange complex travel itineraries (professional and personal), including flights, accommodations, and logistics.
• Project Tracking: Follow up on pending tasks and deadlines to ensure the CEO is always prepared and informed.
