HRIS Analyst & Administrative Assistant
Pay Rate: $34.38 per hour, W2

Summary:

  • Duration: 5 Month Contract
  • Work Mode: Hybrid (M-F, 2-3 days in office after preliminary period)
  • Location: Quincy, MA

Responsibilities:

  • Lead in the creation and implementation of a performance management tool.
  • Conduct performance metrics and assist in resolving application issues.
  • Document HR policies, processes, and practices, compiling HR data and generating reports.
  • Ensure efficient recording and secure storage of HR metrics, including attendance, employee performance data, and personnel records.
  • Perform audits on HR processes and documentation, including hiring, termination of service, and analyzing exit interviews.
  • Assist with payroll administration and HRCMS reports.
  • Maintain and organize the HR SharePoint, including employee personnel files.
  • Maintain the organizational chart of the commission.
  • Provide diversity statistics, employee turnover statistics, and employee audit file statistics to guide HR decisions.
  • Plan employee recognition programs, including monthly events and calendars, working closely with the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Sr. Program Manager.
  • Support the administrative needs of the Human Resources Division Chief, including managing calendars, appointments, emails, and other duties as needed.
  • Maintain filing systems.
  • Support the preparation and development of reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence as needed.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences; take meeting notes when necessary.
  • Prepare employment materials and maintain employee database records.
  • Compile and maintain records for use in the administration of employee benefits, and required ethics and CORI training.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in oral and written Spanish and English.
  • Experience in the HRIS industry as well as the general HR industry.
  • Senior-level administrative experience and support to the Human Resources Division Chief.
