The Center for Hope is LifeBridge Healths hospital-based violence intervention program - one of the only programs in Maryland treating violence as a public health crisis. Our bilingual Mental Health Therapists provide trauma-informed outpatient therapy to survivors and families, supported by a multidisciplinary team and weekly clinical supervision. If youre a licensed Spanish-speaking clinician who wants your caseload to mean something, this is the role.

What Youll Do

  • Provide individual and family therapy to survivors of psychological trauma and violence, using evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches
  • Conduct thorough intake evaluations and manage an ongoing outpatient caseload
  • Develop and implement culturally responsive treatment plans that reflect each participants background and lived experience
  • Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and community partners to ensure coordinated, whole-person care

What You Bring

  • Masters degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
  • Active Maryland licensure: LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, or LCPC
  • Fluency in written and spoken Spanish (required)
  • 1-3 years of clinical experience, preferably in trauma-informed or community-based settings
  • Availability to work 3 evenings per week (schedule: Monday-Thursday 10am-7pm, Friday 9am-5pm)
  • Comfort with hybrid in-office and remote/virtual service delivery

Salary $74 to $85K dependent on experience and internal equity
