Front Office Assistant (Bilingual Preferred) - Pediatric Outpatient Clinic
Location: Lawrenceville, GA (Primary) with flexibility to support Suwanee office
We are seeking a reliable and professional Front Office Assistant for a busy outpatient pediatric practice. This role is primarily based in Lawrenceville but requires flexibility to support the Suwanee location as needed.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM
- Pay: $17/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in/check out patients
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls
- Schedule patient appointments
- Verify insurance and obtain prior authorizations
- Manage referrals and medical records
- Maintain accurate patient demographics and registration
- Provide general front office support in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (preferred)
- Previous front office or medical office experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and provide excellent patient service
- Reliable and flexible to travel between Lawrenceville and Suwanee offices
