Client Overview:
Our client, a major real estate development team, is seeking a Bilingual Mandarin Real Estate Agent to support leasing efforts for a large residential community in Queens. This role is ideal for someone who understands the local community, enjoys working directly with prospective tenants, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-traffic leasing environment.

Salary/Hourly Rate:
$30/hr - $40/hr DOE

Position Overview:
The Bilingual Mandarin Real Estate Agent will be responsible for conducting unit tours, answering questions from prospective residents, and helping drive leasing activity for a large-scale residential property in Queens. This role requires strong sales ability, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to connect with a predominantly Mandarin-speaking community. Candidates must be local to Queens/NYC and comfortable working fully onsite. The schedule is from Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, with flexibility required for earlier/later hours as needed.

Responsibilities of the Bilingual Mandarin Real Estate Agent:
  • Conduct apartment tours for prospective residents throughout the day.
  • Build relationships with prospective tenants and provide a high level of customer service.
  • Answer questions regarding pricing, availability, amenities, and community offerings.
  • Promote the property and effectively communicate the benefits of living in the community.
  • Assist prospective tenants throughout the leasing process.
  • Maintain strong product and market knowledge of the property and the surrounding neighborhood.
  • Collaborate with leasing and property management teams to support occupancy goals.
  • Maintain professionalism and strong communication in a high-volume environment.
Required Experience/Skills for the Bilingual Mandarin Real Estate Agent:
  • Current New York Real Estate License is REQUIRED.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English is REQUIRED.
  • Strong sales, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, tenant-facing environment.
  • Must be local to the NYC/Queens area.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Bilingual Mandarin Real Estate Agent:
  • Prior leasing or residential real estate experience.
  • Knowledge of the local Queens community is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with high-volume residential communities.
  • Strong understanding of the Queens rental market.
Education Requirements:
  • High school diploma is required.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
