Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Staff Development

• Provide training and ongoing guidance to staff on EPIC workflows, clinic procedures, and patient care standards.

• Serve as a role model by maintaining strong knowledge of clinic operations and multi -functional responsibilities.

• Support staff development through coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback.
  <\/li>
• Assist leadership with performance evaluations and corrective action processes when needed.
  <\/li>
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  Clinic Operations & Workflow Management
  <\/h3>

  • Support daily clinic operations to ensure efficient patient flow and high -quality service delivery.
    <\/li>
  • Monitor inventory levels of medical supplies and coordinate restocking as needed.
    <\/li>
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment.
    <\/li>
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and assist in implementing workflow improvements.
    <\/li>
  • Ensure compliance with clinic policies, procedures, and healthcare standards.
    <\/li><\/ul>

    Patient Care & Customer Service

    • Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and families.
      <\/li>
    • Address patient concerns professionally, compassionately, and promptly.
      <\/li>
    • Communicate effectively through in -person interactions, phone calls, email, and chart documentation.

    • Support a positive patient experience by creating a respectful and welcoming atmosphere.

      Administrative & Documentation Support

      • Accurately maintain patient information within Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.

      • Assist with scheduling, patient intake, documentation, and coordination of care.

      • Ensure timely and accurate completion of required reports and clinic records.

        • Bilingual in Spanish and English (spoken and written).

        • Previous experience as a:
          • Medical Assistant
            <\/li>
          • Medical Office Coordinator
            <\/li>
          • Healthcare Administrator
            <\/li>
          • Or similar healthcare support role.
            <\/li><\/ul><\/li>
          • Experience using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office applications.
            <\/li>
          • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
            <\/li>
          • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem -solving abilities.
            <\/li>
          • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast -paced environment.

            Preferred Qualifications

            • 2+ years of experience in healthcare operations, team leadership, or clinic coordination.

            • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.

            • Experience working in multi -provider or high -volume clinic settings.
