Position Overview:

Our top-performing Farmers Insurance agency in Costa Mesa is hiring a Korean-speaking Sales Representative to join our team. Whether you have insurance experience or a strong sales background, we provide the training, leads, and support to help you succeed quickly.


This is a fast-paced, high-opportunity role where you’ll work with warm leads daily, close new business, and grow your income through uncapped commissions and bonuses.


What You’ll Do:
  • Work with daily inbound leads and live call transfers
  • Quote and sell auto and home insurance policies
  • Build and manage your own pipeline through consistent follow-up
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities, including life insurance
  • Provide a strong, professional customer experience from start to finish
  • Track activity and manage leads using our CRM system
  • Assist with basic policy updates and follow-ups as needed
What We’re Looking For:
  • Bilingual Korean highly preferred
  • Sales experience preferred (any industry - we’ll train insurance)
  • Motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
  • Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
  • Comfortable working in a performance-based environment
  • Willing to obtain a Property/Casualty license (we can guide you)
