QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Fluent in Japanese and English (spoken, written, and reading).
5+ years of experience in IT Consulting, Technology Consulting, Partner Management, Business Development, or Project Management.
Experience gathering business and technical requirements and recommending technology solutions.
Hands-on experience preparing customer presentations, proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and Statements of Work (SOW).
Knowledge of digital transformation, cloud technologies, systems integration, cybersecurity, governance, and data management.
Strong communication and presentation skills with customers, partners, and executive stakeholders.
Experience collaborating with Sales, Product, Marketing, and cross-functional technical teams.
Proven ability to manage strategic partnerships and deliver successful business outcomes.
Experience leading projects or coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
Familiarity with project management tools, dashboards, and executive reporting.
Willingness to travel up to 30% as required.
