The Insurance Service Specialist is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients by assisting with policy changes, billing questions, renewals, retention efforts, and general account servicing. This role works closely with producers and agency staff to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Salary Range: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and assist clients professionally
- Process policy changes and service requests
- Assist customers with billing and payment questions
- Review renewals and communicate with clients regarding policy changes
- Help retain existing customers by identifying solutions and coverage options
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and referrals
- Maintain accurate documentation in agency systems
- Follow up on customer requests in a timely manner
- Support agency operations and team goals
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable speaking with customers by phone
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Insurance experience preferred but not required
- Insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain one
