Salary Range: $55000.00 - $75000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Assist policyholders with inquiries, policy changes, and claims processing in both English and Spanish.
Provide quotes and explanations of insurance coverage options to prospective clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met.
Identify opportunities to offer additional products and services that benefit clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve agency goals.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably within the insurance industry.
Oregon Property & Casualty Insurance License & Life & Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain one quickly).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM systems.
A positive attitude and a strong desire to help others.
