Responsibilities
Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients, addressing their insurance needs and queries promptly.
Consultative Sales: Offer personalized insurance recommendations tailored to meet the diverse requirements of each client.
Policy Management: Assist clients with policy changes, updates, and renewals to ensure continuous and appropriate coverage.
Market Expansion: Utilize bilingual skills to tap into new markets and broaden the reach of our services among the Spanish-speaking community.
Customer Education: Empower clients by educating them on policy choices, coverage benefits, and the claims process in a clear and understandable manner.
Relationship Development: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients to nurture long-term association with Carlos Chargoy Allstate.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Spanish is required, enabling effective communication with a diverse client base.
Licensing: Possession of a current Texas Property & Casualty License is strongly preferred. Licensing assistance available.
Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities are essential.
