As a Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will work directly with clients regarding policy changes, billing questions, coverage reviews, renewals, and account servicing. You will play a key role in protecting customer relationships, improving retention, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Salary Range: $45000.00 - $60000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to both English and Spanish speaking clients
Handle policy changes, endorsements, renewals, billing inquiries, and account servicing requests
Conduct coverage reviews and identify opportunities to better protect clients and their families
Assist customers with claims questions and help navigate the claims process
Maintain accurate customer records and detailed account documentation within agency management systems
Follow up with clients regarding policy updates, renewals, required documents, and service requests
Build and maintain strong client relationships to improve customer retention and satisfaction
Work closely with producers and agency staff to deliver a seamless customer experience
Cross-sell and recommend additional insurance products when appropriate to meet customer needs
Stay current on company products, underwriting guidelines, and insurance industry changes
Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume agency environment
Consistently demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail
Bilingual Spanish/English REQUIRED
Previous insurance agency experience REQUIRED
Active Property & Casualty license preferred (or ability to obtain quickly if required)
Minimum 1 year of insurance, customer service, account management, or agency experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
Professional phone presence and relationship-building skills
Ability to confidently discuss insurance coverages, policy changes, billing questions, and customer concerns
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Experience with CRM systems, agency management systems, or insurance carrier platforms preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset
Reliable attendance and ability to work in-office full-time
Self-motivated, coachable, and committed to continuous learning and professional growth
Bonus Qualifications (Preferred but Not Required)
Experience with Allstate, State Farm, Farmers, American Family, or Independent Insurance Agencies
Experience conducting coverage reviews and cross-selling insurance products
Experience handling both service and sales-related customer interactions
Active P & C License
