What kind of training will I receive ?

Youll go through a structured, hands-on training program focused on real results,not theory. We train you on proven sales scripts, objection handling, and closing strategies, along with cross-selling and client retention. Youll also develop skills in communication, discipline, and performance tracking to help you grow quickly.

15-Day Ramp-Up:

Your first 15 days are built for results. Youll receive hands-on training, daily coaching, and real client interaction. This is where you prove your consistency, build momentum, and set the foundation for your success.

Salary Range: $43000.00 - $80000.00 per year

• Proactively generate new business through outbound calls, leads, and referrals.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• No insurance experience required, we train the right person who is coachable and ready to execute.
