QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related fields preferred.
  • 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or HR are required within a regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Languages: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.

Key Competencies & Knowledge:

  • Expertise in full-cycle technical recruiting for GMP/FDA environments, strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law, and the ability to interpret hiring data.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple simultaneous hiring priorities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, ATS systems, and HRIS/LMS platforms.
  • Certifications: SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Recruitment: Manage full-cycle hiring, active candidate sourcing, and ATS tracking.
  • Screening: Evaluate candidates for technical skills and GMP/FDA compliance.
  • Onboarding: Facilitate pre-employment checks, orientation, and safety training.
  • HR Support: Assist with performance management, compensation benchmarking, and recruitment analytics.
  • Culture: Drive employee engagement, recognition, and DEI initiatives across shifts.
