Experience working with children/students or parents
Major Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform receptionist/clerical duties in the office as assigned
- Work with individual students or small groups to conduct instructional exercises as assigned
- Maintain confidentiality of information
- Assist in maintaining a neat and orderly work environment
- Assist in supervising students throughout the school day as needed
- Assist in the maintenance of administrative records and preparation of reports as required
- Assist in inventory care and maintenance of equipment as assigned
- Assist in preparing materials/displays for instruction or campus operations
- Participate in staff development programs, faculty meetings, and special events as required
