We are seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Customer Service Representative to join our growing Allstate agency in Plano, TX. This is an inoffice role for the first 56 months, with the opportunity to transition to hybrid and eventually 100% remote based on performance, reliability, and production.


This role blends customer service, overflow support, and inside sales. You will assist customers when the primary service representative is unavailable, while also driving revenue through crosssells, upsells, and winback opportunities. All leads are provided by the agency.


Compensation includes:

  • Competitive base salary
  • Tiered commission up to 15%
  • Generous bonus opportunities tied to production and quality metrics

Salary Range: $36000.00 - $60000.00 per year

Responsibilities

  • Provide overflow customer service support when the primary CSR is busy or unavailable
  • Handle policy changes, billing questions, ID cards, documentation, and general service needs
  • Conduct inside sales, including crossselling additional lines and reengaging prior customers
  • Manage winback campaigns using agencyprovided leads
  • Maintain accurate records in Lead Manager and follow compliance guidelines
  • Deliver a professional, friendly, and solutionoriented customer experience
  • Support agency growth goals through consistent followup and relationship building

Requirements
  • Active Texas Property & Casualty License (no exceptions)
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Strong communication and customerservice skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced agency environment
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and accountability
  • Prior insurance experience preferred but not required
