Field Collections Representative


Sunwave Energy is seeking a Field Collections Representative to join our team.


Responsibilities:

• Visit customers at their residences to discuss delinquent loan accounts.
  
  
• Deliver payment reminders and explain available payment options.
  
  
• Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.
  
  
• Document customer interactions and report findings to management.
  
  
• Coordinate with lenders, customer service, and internal departments to resolve account issues.
  
  
• Follow all company policies and applicable state and federal regulations.
  
  

Requirements:

• Valid Florida Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
  
  
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  
  
• Ability to work independently and manage a daily route.
  
  
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
  
  
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
  
  
• Previous experience in collections, customer service, sales, or field inspections is a plus.
