Are you an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment? Do you enjoy helping patients feel welcome while keeping the front office running smoothly? If so, we'd love to meet you!


Orange Dental Partners is a growing multi-specialty dental practice offering Endodontics, Oral Surgery, and Pediatric Dentistry. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a friendly, organized, and experienced bilingual (English/Spanish) Dental Receptionist to join our North Palm Beach team.


What You'll Do:


  • Welcome and check in patients with warmth and professionalism

  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with scheduling

  • Confirm appointments and maintain an efficient daily schedule

  • Present treatment plans and help patients understand their options

  • Verify dental insurance benefits (PPO, HMO, and Medicaid)

  • Process insurance claims accurately and efficiently

  • Coordinate specialist referrals

  • Maintain patient records and accounts

  • Assist patients with new patient paperwork and medical forms

  • Deliver outstanding customer service at every interaction

What We're Looking For:


Previous dental front office experience is required
Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
Knowledge of dental terminology
Experience with PPO, HMO, and Medicaid insurance plans
Proven success with treatment plan/case acceptance
Experience with dental practice management software and basic computer skills
Understanding of HIPAA regulations
Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
Caring, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
